Viewer's Choice Awards—You be the judge! This was a popular event last year. Come on Friday evening and vote for your favorite quilt or wall hanging in the following 6 categories: Best Machine Quilted, Best Color Combination, Best Baby Quilt, Best Wall Hanging, Best Embroidered Quilt, and Best Overall Quilt. Voting will close at 9:00 p.m. on Friday. Results will be posted on Saturday morning prior to the 9:00 a.m. Quilt Auction.

Special Auction for Children—It’s back! After a few years absence, the special auction for children is returning to the sale. Parents and grandparents—plan to bring your kids and grandkids for this fun event, Friday, June 3rd at 6:45 p.m.

Live Music Friday Evening—On Friday, June 3rd, plan to grab your pie and ice cream, then sit down to enjoy free live music. In the tent beginning at 5:00 p.m., hear former MCC workers share about their service experiences. A variety of local singers and musicians will follow—hear the female quartet, The Doilies; the Wellman Mennonite Praise Team; and the contemporary Christian music of Mitch Moylan and the Cedars of Lebanon. Meanwhile, in the auction building from 6:00-6:45 p.m., enjoy the music of The Great Blue Grass Herons. For a complete list of events, view the schedule.

Jerry Nafziger Memorial Car Show—NEW—Come see over 25 antique cars from the area! Entries are by invitation only due to limited space. Hosted by the Iowa Valley Chapter of the Antique Automobile Club of America. The car show will be Saturday only from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. so don’t miss it.

Used Books for Sale—A new feature, this year’s sale will include a booth selling gently used hardbound and softcover books.
